#3 is fucking awful



Which is especially frustrating since it is so pretty. It was made with 100% skim milk, which probably also means that #7 (which is not in my possession) will likely also suck.

Basically, the flavor is just that of salty milk without any depth, and the texture is rubbery and corky. I'll keep it around and age it longer, it may do something, but as it is it's inedible.
